Should the BPL implement a playoff

Everything in this world is built on and run by money. So when a team has a chance to make more money, they will do everything to keep getting more and more. So a playoff like this shows how incentives are present in this situation and topic. The opportunity cost of not making the playoffs would be not making more profits, and as history has shown us, money buys a successful team most of the time, so that is super important for teams to do. The Incentive to stay in the BPL is also there because if you get demoted, then you lose fans and make less money which would be super tough for teams to make money again and get a good team. How these teams respond to the incentives will make this a very competitive league.
